Ralf Nietmann

Als ich Ralf Nietmann kennenlernte und er mich fragte, ob ich mir vorstellen könne, mit ihm zusammenzuarbeiten, war meine Antwort sofort: JA!

Ich kannte bereits seine heiteren, feingeistigen und oft auf das Wesentliche reduzierten Zeichnungen und Illustrationen, die ich außerordentlich schätze. Aber seine Malerei berührte mich besonders. Und nicht zuletzt deshalb, weil der Einfluss von Picasso auf seine Werke, wie eine Hommage an ihn, hier und da subtil erkennbar ist.

Was lag also näher für mich, eine bekennende Bewunderin von Pablo Picasso, als mich für die Bildsprache von Ralf Nietmann in seiner Malerei zu interessieren.

Seine sinnlich geprägte Ausdrucksweise, mit feinfühligem Akzent und filigranen Details variiert unterschiedlich ausgeprägt. Und die Art zu Malen: Farbgebung, Pinselführung, Linien und Flächenaufteilung, sind jeweils unverkennbar aus den Händen dieses Künstlers und besonders beachtenswert in ihrer Vielfalt.

Immer wieder bin ich aufs Neue begeistert von dem beeindruckenden Zusammenspiel in seinen Bildern.

Inspiriert von einer besonderen Zeit, in der das Corona Virus den Alltag veränderte, widmete sich Ralf Nietmann im März 2020 einem neuen Schaffenszyklus mit dem Titel: „Carpe Corona“. Gern schicke ich Ihnen einen Online Katalog mit sämtlichen Arbeiten und Preisen zu.
